The map room
Every company has a metric defined three ways — and spends the first twenty minutes of the QBR arguing about whose number is right. Your semantic layer governs the metric. CAIRN audits everything that cites it: the wiki that copied the definition and drifted, the onboarding doc with the folk formula, the deck from last quarter. The semantic layer is the law; CAIRN audits everything that cites the law.
Four acts, each performed live by the box behind this page — nothing is mocked, and every response's raw JSON is one toggle away. Complete an act to open the next. The finale is yours to cause: a refusal, sealed to a hash-chained ledger, that you then verify with your own hands.

The metric cards
This corpus defines ARR three ways: a governed semantic-layer definition, a Finance wiki that copied it and drifted, and an analyst crib sheet with folk math. The cards record every definition, each attributed to its source — never merged, never averaged — with every unverifiable extraction dropped and counted at sealing.
The loaded question
The governed definition excludes usage overages. The wiki's drifted copy
includes them. Ask the question your CFO and your analysts would answer differently —
and watch a grounded answer return both positions with [n] citations,
refusing to quietly pick a side.
The drift detector
This box ships with pre-baked passage vectors, so the sweep runs live and model-free: every pair of passages across the corpus whose similarity crosses the threshold surfaces as a candidate — honestly labeled, because confirming a candidate as a true contradiction takes a model at CAIRN's side. Watch it find the governed definition and its drifted copy.
The metric nobody defined
No document in this corpus defines CAC payback — we made sure of it. Ask anyway. Where a chatbot would improvise a plausible formula, this box refuses by arithmetic and seals the refusal — then you verify the chain.
The room is yours
Three definitions surfaced, both sides of a loaded question cited, the drift caught live, and a refusal you caused and then verified. The full map room is open.
